today we drove up to Rome NY for heather's derby bout!

before the bout, dar and I checked out Fort Stanwix quickly as they were closing it up for the night! (click the name above for more shots I got there)


we could NOT believe this exhibit on the wall, it cracked us up, so obviously i had to whip out the camera!
"Please touch this beaver fur exhibit" LOL

i also had a press pass for the roller derby bout, and my images are now up here - Summer Crush
It was a great game to watch, heather of course played awesome :) but it was a late night drive home!
