i went over to the vietnam memorial at highland park tonight. I thought i would get some decent flowering photos, but not everything is blooming yet over there. there was some that were, but it was quite windy. anyway, the memorial looked good so i got a few shots of it, including this sculpture.

i also thought this image was fitting for the day as today i also got a certain rifle part, that relates to what this soldier has slung over his shoulder :)
